Request a diagnostic
Tell us what's going on. We'll go and look.
Four checks, a written answer, no call. Free, and you are not on the hook afterwards. If there is nothing worth fixing, the write-up says so.

Questions
What does the free diagnostic actually check?
Four things: your site, your Google Business Profile, your tracking and your search visibility. You get the findings in writing. The tracking check is the one most people have never had done, because we read it from your page source rather than taking a dashboard's word for it. No call, no charge, and no obligation to act on anything it turns up.
Why is your pricing published?
Because the range is the first thing you want to know and the last thing most agencies will tell you. Every figure we charge is on the rate card, including the ones that make us look expensive. If a job falls outside those tiers we quote it, and we tell you why it fell outside. You shouldn't have to book a call to find out whether you can afford us.
What if you find nothing worth fixing?
Then we tell you that, and you owe us nothing. It's happened. We were contracted to make paid search work, decided it couldn't, and said so. Roughly $3,000 of committed budget was protected by stopping early, and the whole engagement is written up on our work page. A diagnostic that always finds a problem is a sales tool, not a diagnostic.
Who owns the site after you build it?
You do, from the day it's delivered. The domain is registered in your name, and if you don't have one we'll register it for you, in your name. Your content stays yours whatever happens to the relationship, including if you stop paying, which suspends hosting and nothing else. Starter and Standard sites carry a minimum Care Plan term, stated in your proposal. Signature carries none.
