Privacy Policy

Attribuno is a marketing consultancy based in Florida, United States. This policy explains what attribuno.com collects, why, and what you can do about it. It is written plainly, because a vague privacy policy on a site about measurement honesty would be its own kind of answer.

What you tell us

If you submit the diagnostic request form, we collect your name, business name, and email address, and optionally your phone number, website, and an indication of your monthly ad spend, along with whatever you write in the message field.

The form is delivered by Web3Forms, which passes it to our inbox. Their privacy policy is at web3forms.com/privacy.

What the form collects that you cannot see

This is the part most sites do not tell you, and it would be strange for us not to, given what we sell.

When you submit the form, it also sends hidden fields recording how you arrived: any advertising click identifier in the URL you landed on, any campaign tags, the page you first landed on, and the site that referred you.

Those values are stored in your browser's local storage for 90 days so they survive you clicking around the site before getting in touch. They tell us which advertising produced an enquiry. They are not used to identify you personally, and they are attached only to an enquiry you choose to send. You can clear them at any time by clearing site data for this domain.

Analytics

This site contains analytics to count visits and understand which pages get read. It records the pages you view, roughly where you are (derived from your IP address, not a precise location), your device and browser type, and how you arrived.

The analytics set cookies, and the data is processed by Google under its own terms. Because we also run ads on the Google platform, the two can be linked so advertising performance can be measured properly. If that is not something you want, the options below are real, and we would rather you knew about them than not.

Cookies

Two kinds. One remembers whether you chose light or dark and is read by nobody but this site. The rest are set by the analytics described above. Blocking third-party cookies in your browser turns those off, and this site works perfectly well without them.

Server logs

Our web host records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. These are used to keep the site online and secure.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, to carry out the free diagnostic you asked for, to understand which advertising and which pages actually bring people here, and to keep the site running.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not pass your enquiry to third parties for their own marketing. We do not send unsolicited bulk email. We do not use the advertising parameters described above to build a profile of you across other websites, and we have no ability to do so.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of the engagement plus the period our records and tax obligations require. Analytics data is retained on Google's standard schedule. If you ask us to delete your enquiry and we are not legally required to keep it, we will.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, but the other rights are yours on request. Contact us and we will act on it.

California residents have these rights under the CCPA and CPRA. Residents of the EU and UK have equivalent rights under the GDPR.

Contact by phone and text

If you tick the consent box and give us a phone number, you are agreeing that we may contact you about your enquiry by phone or text. Message and data rates may apply. You can withdraw that consent at any time by telling us, and we will stop.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS with a strict content security policy and a full security header set. No system is perfect, but we do not collect payment details through this site and we do not store credentials in it.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
